Nicklaus, as part of a joint venture, was selected to perform services in support of compliance with Clean Air Act and other air emission regulations as required for the Department of the Navy. Under these contracts, Nicklaus has performed activities ranging from Title V air operation permit renewal, air construction permitting, annual operating report, air emissions inventory and compliance assessment, calculation of mandatory GHG reporting rule and GHG tailoring rule emissions, and RICE NESHAP and Surface Coating database management
