Nicklaus was contracted by the City of San Luis to conduct a Limited Traffic Study on the Santa Cecilia Subdivision in order to determine the need for additional ingress/egress routes. NEI collected existing traffic counts and forecasted future traffic volumes using development plans and anticipated growth rates and evaluated level of service for multiple vicinity intersections using Synchro software. The results of the traffic study indicated that additional roadway connections for vital to safely move traffic to the surrounding roadway network.
