Task I of this contract involved Engineer Contractor Field Survey Support, Contractor Field Survey, and Architectural Services. This involved mobilizing a set of subject matter experts to perform a field survey of existing conditions for an Overall Facilities Study Report with recommendations created. All analysis and findings were provided in accordance with applicable Air Force, local, state, and federal codes. Program Management oversight and Project Management activities included quality assurance/quality control procedures, Health & Safety Plan, monthly status report, and meeting support. The team conducted independent quality reviews during each phase of the project and monthly status reports to the government. Architectural Services included site visits to perform a Field Investigation and a ceiling plan for each building floor. Mechanical/piping, electrical, telecommunications, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm floor plans were included with the overall drawings.
