Nicklaus performed: Pre-construction activities included coordination and management of the pre-construction meeting with representatives from Imperial County, GC, Quality Control Material Testing Consultant, Engineer of Record, and Heber Public Utilities District. Construction services included full-time construction inspections including daily and weekly reporting to Imperial County and weekly safety and progress meetings with the GC. Before construction services began, Nicklaus identified additional locations requiring dig outs, coordinating with the Contractor and Imperial County to ensure the Time and Material Allocation covered the necessary improvements. Post-construction, Nicklaus provided Imperial County with all closeout documents, included As-Builts, daily and weekly reports, labor compliance closeout, approved pay applications, submittals, RFIs and other pertinent project information.
