Nicklaus was contracted by the Yuma County Airport Authority to provide the design, construction management and construction support services for the project.  Nicklaus self-performed the topographic survey, the geotechnical investigation, the hydrology and hydraulic studies, Engineer’s Report and the development of the civil and erosion and sediment control plans and specifications.
