Nicklaus overall purpose was to update and perform work on storm water related plans, inspections, monitoring and sampling, best management practices (BMPs), permit support, and general storm water compliance planning and compliance projects for Naval Auxiliary Landing Field San Clemente Island (NALF SCI), Naval Air Facility El Centro (NAFEC), Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC), Naval Air Station Lemoore (NASL), and Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach (NWSSB). Nicklaus provided a work plan, meetings, project management, storm water management, and storm water GIS & SWPPP updates.
