NEI performed BUILDER SMS Implementation at Adelphi Laboratory and Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland installations managed by IMCOM. A total of 890 buildings were scheduled to be assessed, equaling approximately 13,065,062 square feet. Nicklaus worked with Wood employees and under the direction of the Wood PM. Facility data was collected in the field using BUILDER Remote Entry database (BRED) and uploaded daily. Photograph documentation was collected and uploaded each day. The government evaluated the work through their Quality Assurance (QA) program and Wood and Nicklaus resolved all issues resulting from the QA findings.
